A Simple Way Getting Glowing Facial Skin

I would like to share my experience for getting a better complexion. This is a simple way getting a glowing facial skin. How? Very simple, just patting your face for 100 times while applying lotion or cream or serum. Your dull complexion will turn to natural glow and radiant. This way is much better than you just rub the skin care on the face. Patting your face for 100 times each time will increase your face blood circulation.

To keep your face looks younger than your age, you still need a right basic skin care products. What I am using and strongly recommended are:

  1. Facial Cleanser

After trying so many products with the different brand, I found a cheap and good facial cleanser — CetaphilCetaphil has contributed immensely to the health of my skin. It is so gentle and suits my sensitive and dry skin. It won’t make my face feeling dry even I use it at least 3 times daily. I start using it after I found it strong recommended by many bloggers.  And of course, the important factor is it is cheap. The selling price is around $18 for 2 bottles (each 16 ounces / 473 ml) on Amazon.

2. Toner

Toner is a must in my skin care products. I don’t have an oily face, but toner can restore the skin’s pH balance and improve my skin texture. Toners can help close pores and tighten cell gaps after cleansing, thus reducing the penetration of environmental contaminants into the skin. The toner I have been using for quite a time is Thayers.  The price on Amazon is around $13 for 12 ounces / 355 ml. It is good and cheap.

3.  Night Cream

I am over 35, that’s why I am using an anti-aging night cream to keep my face look younger than my age. The product I am using is Pure Biology. I start using it due to the high review (4.8 stars) from Amazon buyers. And after using for almost one year, I could say this product suits my skin. The price on Amazon is around $23.95 for 1.6 ounces / 47 ml.

4. Daily Moisturizing Lotion

I don’t use the expensive product on my face. For me, it is enough to apply a right moisturizing lotion to keep our skin moist and healthy. For many years I have been using Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion. The price on Amazon is around $8.35 for 12 ounces/ 355 ml.

5. Sun screen

Of course, I need sunscreen lotion to protect me from the sun exposure. This product I recommend Neutrogena with SPF 45. The price on Amazon is around $ 12.80 for 2 tubes (each 3 ounces /88.7 ml). You can read the Amazon reviews yourself. I have been using this product for many years too.

Besides applying basic skin care products by patting on your face, you must do two more activities to get glowing skin texture.

  1. Eating More Veggies and Fruits– For this, I recommend drinking juice. You can read my other post on this topic.
  2. Exercises — Exercises improve blood circulation and that’s why it will turn your cheeks into pink rosy color.

I hope you enjoy my post and help me to share it. And if you have any questions or any comments, please feel free to leave a message below.

Great tips and great list of products. I didn’t know that rubbing something on your face vs patting is different. And that padding something on your face increases blood circulation. I learned something new today. Thank you!
