How to reduce hair loss, gray hair in 1 month
How to reduce hair loss, gray hair in 1 month? Rhye flour + apple cider vinegar is based on an ancient recipe for a healthy scalp. I accidentally found this effective natural “shampoo” and have been using this for almost 3 months. Now I have much less gray hair and much less greasy scalp. Don’t worry, this recipe won’t left vinegar or bad smell on your hair. I can’t tell why but it’s just a miracle.
3 heaping tbsp. of organic, finely ground rye flour mixed with water so that it resembles a runny paste. Mix with 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar. Rub and massage it evenly onto your scalp and let it sit a few minutes while you finish your shower. Then rinse off very well with warm water.
After washing with rye flour, rinse VERY WELL to make sure there is no flour left in your hair. It will itch… I have done it.
Do not use if you have Celiac Disease.
Make sure the flour you use is finely ground and doesn’t contain bits of husk or you’ll be brushing that out of your hair forever.
Shampoo is harmful for Health
It can be tempting to choose shampoos based on flashy advertising promises or recommendations from that friend who never seems to have a bad hair day. There are a variety of chemicals and other ingredients that can harm your hair and still others that can potentially threaten your overall health. The controversial Environmental Working Group compared the ingredients in 42,000 personal care products against 50 toxicity and regulatory databases and found that most shampoos have at least one chemical that raises concern。 Methods for washing hair without shampoo include washing with dissolved baking soda followed by an acidic rinse such as diluted vinegar. Also， honey and various oils (such as coconut oil) can be used. Japanese traditional hair cleansing is with seaweed powder.
